Doug has over 30 years of diverse leadership experience in Senior Distribution, Sales and Marketing positions as well as organizational leadership positions as President/Managing Director. This experience was built with various sized, well respected financial services organizations including Life Insurance Carriers and Distributors, Mutual Fund and Investment Management firms, Securities Dealers as well as Banks and Trusts. Doug’s career started with 7 years of Sales and Marketing responsibilities with a tier one consumer packaged goods firm. 

A creative and accomplished leader with solid strategic and tactical capabilities that have been developed in business environments including start-ups, transitions, mergers. and, in established growing businesses.

Doug serves on a number of Industry related Advisory Boards keeping him connected and knowledgeable on Industry trends and has a strong network of senior management  colleagues from his years of experience that he stays connected with providing mutual benefit.
