Work with involved functional areas (often sales teams) to evaluate and optimize recruiting, training, compensation programs , reward/recognition and retention consistent with the organization’s human resource strategies and plans. optimization and/or build the collaboration bridges between functional areas to ensure alignment and optimized performance.
