• Co-founder and developer of FASAT the primary compensation system utilized by Canadian Life insurance companies.
• Head of Enterprise Incentive Management business unit for global insurance division of global software and technology services company responsible for a staff of 80 and revenues in excess of over $18 million.
• Led account team responsible for the sale of enterprise Policy Administration System (PAS) platforms and insurance sales technology solutions in USA, Canada, South Africa and Caribbean.
• Led the Canadian Insurance business until for one of the largest global technology companies.
