Debbie Dimoff
Deb has over 25 years of experience as a management consultant and leader in financial services and communication technology industries. She has held executive positions in banking, wealth management, telecommunications, professional services, and insurance organizations, and has advised emerging technology firms.
She brings diverse experience from corporate leadership, management consulting and start-up experimentation, with a focus on transforming businesses based on what’s next in evolving technology. Deb has led a wide range of financial services initiatives from setting up new divisions in banking, to revamping the culture in a property and casualty insurance firm to help them become client-driven, and creating the end-to-end client digital and face-to-face experience for UHNW segments, and the employee roles to serve them.
Deb serves as a Board Director for Prosper Canada, a non-profit organization focusing on financial empowerment for low-income Canadians. She advises emerging technology-based firms as an Advisor for the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Commercialization Committee. As an active member of International Women’s Forum Canada (IWF), she helps in shaping the future of women in leadership.
