As a leader of Behavioral Insights teams at both FSI and PwC, Raj has helped private sector clients in Insurance, Retail Banking, Healthcare and CPG challenge their assumptions, traditions, and best practices to become uncompromising on designing value-centric solutions.

Combining her expertise in behavioral science with her curiosity of the possible, she has helped organizations gain a deep understanding of why and how people make the choices they do, and to get comfortable with that complexity being foundational to successful outcomes. 

Raj earned her PhD in Cognitive Neuropsychology from Ryerson University.  She has won numerous awards, has published in top peer-reviewed journals, has had her work showcased on radio and television, and is a regularly invited speaker on the application of behavioral sciences to insight, strategy and innovation.

Raj is recharged by good music, yoga, and her 4 fierce babies (2 human, 2 canine) – not necessarily in that order.
